Terms of Service in Camden, DE, DE 19934
What Our Pest Control Service Covers
Last updated: October 2026
Our standard pest control service includes an initial inspection, treatment for common household pests such as ants, cockroaches, spiders, and rodents, and follow-up visits as needed. We apply products according to Delaware pesticide applicator certification requirements under 3 Del.
C. Chapter 12 and 7 DE Admin.
Code 1201. All pesticide use follows FIFRA labeling and EPA-registered rodenticide label directions.
We handle pesticide waste under RCRA rules and Delaware container disposal guidance. We coordinate with the Delaware Department of Agriculture, EPA, DNREC, OSHA, and the Delaware Division of Public Health when required.
Excluded from standard service: structural repairs, fumigation for severe infestations, wildlife removal, and any work needing a separate written agreement. If your situation falls outside this scope, we will provide a separate quote and agreement before starting that work.
Scheduling, Cancellations, and Changes
You can schedule service by phone or through our website. We confirm appointments in advance and provide a window for arrival.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice so we can adjust routes and offer the slot to another customer. For recurring pest control, we will remind you before each visit.
If you request additional services or a change in scope during a visit, we will explain what is involved and get your approval before proceeding. Any added work may require a revised estimate and a new appointment.
If we need to reschedule due to weather or emergency, we will contact you as soon as possible to find a new time that works.
Estimates, Pricing, and Payment Terms
We provide written estimates before starting any pest control work. The estimate outlines the scope, the products or methods we plan to use, and the total price.
For routine services, we may offer a flat rate or a per-visit price. Payment is due when service is completed unless we agree in writing to other terms.
For recurring plans, we may bill monthly or per visit as agreed. We accept common payment methods; ask our office for details.
If you request changes to the scope after we begin, we will stop, explain the new cost, and get your approval before continuing. We do not charge for estimates. If you have questions about an invoice, contact us within 14 days so we can review it together.
Our Workmanship Warranty
We stand behind our pest control work. If pests return within the warranty period stated on your service agreement, we will re-treat the affected areas at no additional charge.
The warranty period varies by pest type and treatment method; your service agreement will state the exact duration. The warranty covers our application and follow-up.
It does not cover new infestations, customer neglect, or conditions outside our control, such as structural openings or sanitation issues. The warranty is void if you or another party applies additional pesticides, disturbs treated areas, or fails to follow our preparation instructions.
We will honor the warranty only for the original service address and within the agreed time frame. Contact us if you believe a covered issue has occurred.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any pest control service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, such as wood damage, mold, or structural defects, that may attract or harbor pests.
We follow Delaware pesticide applicator certification under 3 Del. C.
Chapter 12, 7 DE Admin. Code 1201, FIFRA labeling, and EPA-registered rodenticide label directions.
We also comply with RCRA rules and Delaware pesticide container disposal guidance. These rules reduce risk but do not eliminate all hazards.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or temporary inconvenience. You agree to hold us harmless from claims arising from your failure to follow our instructions or from unauthorized entry into treated areas. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.
